Following the departure of LI Fung Europe, who customised two floors covering 44,000 sq.ft, our task was to carry out a full dilapidation of the space back to as fit.

22 tonnes of glass, 8 tonnes of steel partition and 176,00 carpet tiles were initially removed safely from site to allow the refurbishment to commence.

Starting within the ceiling void, where we relocated and recommissioned 56 Fan Coil Units making necessary alterations to the primary and secondary air supply, we then moved onto the reconfiguration and recommissioning of the fire detection system, lighting and door access.

Following this, a full redecoration of carpeting scheme left the space looking very attractive for future lettings.
