Lorna continued: “This year has seen a number of new positions becoming available, from engineer roles through to deepening the strength of the office function. We are looking to produce maps of a building’s BMS system and also putting together fully comprehensive 10-year PPM reports.
“Providing landlords and property owners with these onsite surveys and future work forecasts allows them to remain in control of their budgets and thus foresee any future problems that may occur.”
