We are delighted to announce that we will be expanding our portfolio of maintenance services after successfully securing several sites with national commercial property consultants, Lambert Smith Hampton.
After a rigorous tender process, we have been awarded 14 sites spanning from West Yorkshire to Leicestershire. The deal marks our first expansion beyond the North West region, with the ultimate goal being to bring our specialist maintenance services to businesses and organisations throughout the UK.
Lambert Smith Hampton is one of the UK and Ireland’s leading property consultancies, with over 1,000 staff operating across 32 regional offices up and down the country. We look forward to working closely with our partners at the firm and are excited to get to work delivering cost-effective maintenance solutions that meet their unique requirements and brief.
Mobilisation of the sites has already begun, with our specialist and highly trained personnel on the ground building knowledge of the types of services and maintenance required. Over the coming weeks and months, we look forward to developing our relationship with Lambert Smith Hampton’s regional facilities managers, as our team look to manage an increasing workload with the utmost flexibility and professionalism.
